I've added a page for new visitors to land on. And I've amended the List All Albums page so that if you mark an album as heard the page will scroll to the album you were on when you click the button instead of taking you to the top of the page each time. Thanks to Pete Squire for suggesting that.
27/5/18 You will notice there more than 1001 albums here. And I've added about another 30 over the weekend. That is because I've used the 2005 and the 2017 revisions to populate the database. And who am I to say what doesn't make the cut? If it was me though... Kanye's got three listed. Really??
27/5/18 My internet host Heart Internet made some recent changes which stopped the site being able to connect to the database so its stopped all pages from working. Apologies for this.All is now working again.
24/5/18 All albums now have a Spotify link which should open the correct album. I know some of these will be incorrect as Spotify doesn't have all these albums. These will be picked up as I (slowly) verify all of the info and links.
12/5/18 Work on wikipedia links is now done for albums and artists so big improvements there (but still some missing and incorrect links).
Select by genre is added. And started adding YouTube links to allow more people to access the music itself.:)
I've also done some restyling to the layout. And added a browse all albums page which I aim to use as a replacement to the "List all Albums" page.
19/5/18 YouTube links to allow more people to access the music itself are nearly done using an automated process which isn't perfect so some may be incorrect. But I'm checking all links, art and wiki entries to check accuracy

I've added a feature to automatically mark the album as heard if you click the spotify icons. Commitmentophobes beware!. You can switch this option off though on the home screen
27/4/18 Over 3/4 (794) of the albums now include a spotify link that will take you to the album in spotify. I've notice it sometimes doesn't work properly on your first selection, but seems ok after that
26/4/18 Good progress on the album artwork. All albums up to 1970 now done. I've also added in links for Youtube videos. Only 4 or 5 in at the mo but will look to write something to populate these too :)
